Warranty obligations

All goods in our store are guaranteed. Warranty terms may vary depending on the product.

To receive a warranty, you need to contact us by filling out a warranty claim. To confirm a warranty case, you need to describe the problem and provide a photo. 

You do not need to have a receipt if you are a registered user on our website and made a purchase through your personal account.

The ways to ensure the guarantee are: product exchange or warranty repair. The manufacturer's representative in Ukraine makes the decision on how to ensure the warranty.

Attention! Only clean and tidy goods are accepted for warranty service.

 

Instructions for warranty service

  1. Fill out an exchange/warranty claim at link;
  2. Our manager will contact you during the day;
  3. Send the product to the address you will receive by: SMS/Viber/Telegram:
    • The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer;
  4. We will pick up the return from the post office as quickly as possible and hand it over to the warranty department;
  5. Within 3 working days, we will contact you with an offer:
    • The product will be repaired;
    • The product will be replaced with the same one or we will offer an analogue;
    • In other cases, we will issue a refund.

 

Product return

The exchange and return period is up to 14 days from the moment of purchase, you can exchange or return the product within this period if you did not like it or it did not fit for any reason.

The goods must be unused, in the original packaging and not fall under the list of good quality goods that are not subject to exchange (return), in accordance with Appendix 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1992, No. 172:

  • feather and down products;
  • gloves;
  • underwear;
  • hosiery products.

 

Instructions for returns

  1. Fill out a return claim at link;
  2. Our manager will contact you during the day;
  3. Send the product to the address you will receive by: SMS/Viber/Telegram:
    • The cost of delivery is paid by the buyer;
  4. We will pick up the return from the post office as quickly as possible and check for compliance:
    • Availability of tags;
    • No signs of use;
    • Integrity of packaging.
  5. Within 3 working days from the moment of receipt, we will make a refund.
