We care about each of our customers and try to create the most convenient service with a large number of different options for delivery and purchase of goods. For this, we are forced to have several rules in order to further improve our level of maintenance and service. Please pay attention to several rules if you order a product without advance payment:

- No more than two products from the same category can be sent to pick-up points and stores for one person.

Delivery to most cities of Ukraine is carried out with the help of a transport company « Nova Poshta »

 

Delivery options

  • Nova Poshta: (map of working departments)
    • Warehouse - Warehouse. (You receive the goods at the branch of the transport company);
    • Warehouse - Address. (You receive the goods from the courier, delivery to the address chosen by you).

  • International delivery:

Nova poshta (The cost of delivery is paid by the customer). 

 

Delivery terms

The delivery time of your order can be from 2 to 5 working days, and must be agreed when placing the order.

 

Shipping cost

  • The cost of payment is calculated according to the tariffs of the Carrier company, and is paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the cargo. 
  • Delivery of oversized cargo is subject to additional agreement with the Client and may not be subject to the general rules described in this section. 


Payment

Prepayment of goods you can make the following ways: 

  1. Payment by card. (You will receive the details of the card account in a convenient way for you, after confirmation of the order by our consultants, you can deposit money through the terminal, bank branch, etc. );
  2. Payment upon receipt. (You can do it upon receipt of the cargo at the warehouse of the transport company, the courier of the transport company. In addition, you will have to pay the cost of transportation) .
  3. Payment in installments. (Privatbank, Monobank from 2 to 4 payments);
